My hubby and I have always had a great experience at this branch. We love Stacie and the rest of the girls there, they are so sweet! And for my banking needs, they have been excellent.

Absolutely pitiful for customer service.
A member since 1990, 27 years. Just moved to Herriman. After my 3rd visit..... This branch needs a complete re-set. They are worthless and very incompetent. Can not believe how long I had to stand there to get some help when there were at least 5 employees I counted walking around and visiting. I was the ONLY customer in the bank. Terrible. Taking my banking down the street.
Rather disappointed with the quality of service here. Had a car loan here a while back and did skip a payment. Without fail, every time something would go wrong when I did so. One time I was charged TWICE (whilst trying to skip it) and would not refund me for making my account go into the negative. The next one, they forgot to make my automated payment go through, and I had to call to ensure they reactivated it after I checked MYSELF. I get it that human error happens, but I don't appreciate it when they place the blame on me when it was indeed their fault.
