I have worked out here since they opened. There has been positive growth in equipment and knowledge in both the gym management and employees. Allen has made an effort to stay up on technique and new programs.

I really enjoy this local gym. It might be smaller than some gyms, but it has everything you need! I love the video class room upstairs, and the owner is always happy to help out.
