I work a pretty typical schedule, as most people do (7am-5pm) & have found it absolutely impossible to set up a membership here. Every time I go in to try to set up a membership, someone who is able to do it is literally never there. The people at the front desk are of no help either. I’m pretty much saying “here, take my money” & to no avail. The only way for me to work out here is by paying $12 EVERY time I go, compared to just setting up a membership. Pretty ridiculous. I know I’m not the only one.nnIf you are able to get a membership set up here, it’s a great place. Incredible facilities & machines, and they are always upgrading. However, they should definitely have more people on staff to handle memberships for people who actually work typical hours.
Very nice place! They have regularly gone out of there way to accommodate me as a customer even when they have no reason to. They have been overly nice to me and my family! They regularly upgrade with new equipment. They are also very quick to respond to any requests or criticisms from any customers.
Good gym with lots of options but recently I’ve been concerned about the lack of mask wearing when members aren’t working out.nnI’ve noticed so many socializing and walking around without masks this past month. Our gym memberships are expensive and I’d expect more enforcement of mask wearing to keep members safe.
This is Bozeman’s premiere gym. Plenty of room for safe exercising! The programming is extensive. I choose to avoid peak and family hours as the sauna, pool, and hot tub tend to be a tad crowded. Great staff, clean and plenty of equipment.
Would highly recommend the Ridge! They are always welcoming at the Ridge Kids when we bring our son, he LOVES going to the playground when we work out, he's participated in their soccer and swim lessons and absolutely loved every second of it.nnWe've been members since moving back here in 2016. The gym has plenty of space to workout, and even during busy hours there's always an option to get in a good workout. The staff is typically helpful and they keep their facilities clean.nnWe love the new expansions they have provided in the last year and the price point is unbeatable for the type of quality in gym equipment you receive.nnWhenever I have had any sort of issue a phone call or visit with the front desk has resolved it almost immediately. Couldn't imagine calling any other gym home.
