Great place to workout and have a community of healthy people. Owners are positive and friendly, and Meg the yoga teacher wonderful. My husband and I really like Cove!

I'd like to list all of the things I really appreciate about this gym. Mostly clean (there is a lot of dog hair on the floor for whatever reason and could stand to be cleaned more frequently), well kept, working sauna, locker rooms with showers, good sized lockers, clean bathrooms, electronic scale with digital display, plenty of space for working with free weights, bumper plates for power lifting, good variety of cable and cardio machines, group fitness room open to members between classes, unlimited fitness classes, extra things not so common like; medicine balls, squat racks with barbells, boxes of different heights, foam rollers, jump ropes, resistance bands, etc. staff is plenty friendly for a gym. Overall a nice place to workout.
This place is so amazing. They have a variety of classes and great machines. The sauna is amazing!!! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0fud83dudc99❤ufe0fud83dudc99❤ufe0fud83dudc99
The Cove is a great gym. Their classes are great. The best part of the Cove for us is the affordable and convenient childcare.
