They’ve made the car loan process a nightmare. They’ve added collateral insurance to my loan because the dealer and the underwriter had a miscommunication as to the date that I picked up the vehicle. After one month and 5+ hours of being on the phone its clear to me AFCU doesn’t care about customer service, making this right for me, or making me feel taken care of in the slightest. I’m looking into getting my loan serviced elsewhere.

I get that your lobby is closed due to COVID but I shouldn’t have to drive across town to do a change of address to go to the one location “near” that has an open lobby. You need to make it available to do everything in the drive through since your lobby is closed for health concerns.

Very upset with lead teller named Evelyn. She limited me to withdrawing $50 worth of $2 bills when I needed alot more. I was in the drive thru with my kids sleeping so I couldn't go in to have a word with her. I have never had this problem with any of the other branches. I love Amer First. I have been with America First for a very very long time and this was very upsetting. I do not need to have my husband or family member go in and try to withdraw more $2 bills just for me so I can have enough, since they are all members of America First as well. How inconvenient! I have no complaints with this branch at all besides with her. Everyone has always been great! In fact, there is another lead named Brooke and she has been super helpful with anything I've ever needed within her reach. Brooke, you rock!

Brittany must have it pretty hard sitting behind a desk all day because she feels the need to talk down to everyone. I was not thrilled to hear my wife was belittled when asking simple questions. She is a kind veteran army nurse who is extremely intelligent. Maybe Brittany could use a few days in the medical field to better understand customer car and social interaction.

They charged me more than 30 days after I closed my auto loan account with them. I had to call my bank to reverse the pending charge and block any future charges from America First CU. At this branch, I verified three times that there were no auto payments before I closed my account. What a joke.
