Nice place, been recently renovated and paved. The manager is very nice and helpful.
The hours suck and location is wack.
I've been a customer at A- Alvernon Storage for over 5 year's. The only problem that I have is. When I moved my belongings in there wasn't a Strip at the bottom of the door. I made the worker awear, and that I noticed Mice Droppins on the floor, my kitchen table , my dresser's and mattress. I was told that there's no way for them to enter any of the units, but there is, especially if there's no strip on the bottom of the door. Finally Jett brought some thing that she put down. But it's too late late, the damages have been done. I must say that Jett will go above and beyond to solve the problem if she can.
Needs improvement and paint but cheap and reliable
The manager (Jet) was very helpful & brought a copy of the papers & took my payment too!
