I'm very happy to have a unit at this location. It's in a convenient location .The Staff take pride in their workmanship. Julio Cardenas enjoys his job and pleasantly greeted me. He thoroughly explained to me all questions. He let me know not to hesitate to ever ask and or call with any questions,problems and or situations that might arise.He has great customer service skills and has a great demeanor. I rented a storage unit here a couple of years ago. I didn't have any issues and was satisfied. I needed to rent a unit again so I went back to Cubesmart and expected the same service. This time I was met with professionalism, patience and exceptional customer service. Julio Cardenas went above and beyond in explaining the terms of the contract, answered all of my questions and even took time to show me a couple of units, when I couldn't make up my mind on what size unit to rent. Julio made all the difference in this experience and is appreciated.
