Tucson Self Storage gave us the best customer service experience we could've asked for and then some. Rey and Tony were the most professional and kind workers who always helped in any way we needed them to. When we had forgotten to put our lock on our storage one time they made sure to immediately lock it for us until we were able to get back to it. Their services were above and beyond what we ever would have expected from a self storage company. Thanks Tucson Self Storage for making this such a smooth and seemless process for us.
By far the BEST Storage I have used thus far. I was referred by my mother-in-law, who also has a storage with Tucson Self Storage. The Rep. who assisted me with all my needs, was very polite and helpful. Which made the process very quick and easy. The units are great. I was very satisfied with my overall experience... I would so recommend using.
Manager was super friendly and down to earth, the unit I got was in great condition and clean. I was even able to get a great price on a 5x10. Would definitley recommend.
I've had a 10' x 10' for about 6 months and I just upgraded to a 10' x 30'. Reye (manager) and Tony (maintenance) are both great guys and easy to work with.
We Rented the storage for 2 yrs and had no issues Customer service was excellent we had no issues would recommend to Son self storage to anyone that needs a place to store the goods
