I placed an order about a week ago and have tried numerous times to contact them to verify shipping date. First NO phone number provided anywhere! I've emailed at least 6 times with NO response! Worried I'm out $200...nBe cautious ⚠ufe0f

They continue to send discount announcements / we miss you blah blah blah but will not acknowledge poor craftsmanship emails! I will go to Cavender's or anywhere local from now on - cute but poor craftsmanship! Bad customer service after the sale! Really sad considering they promote ethical sourcing. Not so ethical.
