Bloom Elementry is a school that I felt was at first not a fit for us. However as the year went on I realized how happy my son was and how smart he got in just a short amount of time. Now I'm very happy with the school. This is my son's 2nd year here now. The only thing I wish for is that the school improves on communication especially with the first week of school and I understand it's hectic but I didn't know who his teacher was and there wasn't a supply list up until days before it started. Maybe next year we can have a month heads up about supplies and such to better prepare our children for school and not have to shop with last minute supply list. Also the Bus system was horrible first day of school a lot of parent's were waiting at stops their kids never got on the bus dropping off(this was TUSD Transportation fault. I was kinda upset because I was outside in the heat for 2 hours couldn't get a hold of anyone and I was scared where is my baby boy!? But the school finally called and the principal personally got on the bus with the kids who got mixed up and dropped him off to my arms. Thank you all I will rate 5 stars when I feel 100% satisfied but this school is amazing the staff is amazing the kid's and I am so glad we stuck with Bloom! Clean, friendly, and they do care about your child's learning and experience.

School is decent. Meets special needs well. After school program is a mediocre free for all. Prinicipal Flores is an absolute joke. The fact that she is employed in an environment that supervises/educates children is appalling, but that she is in a position to lead is just short of a miracle of stupidity. She is unhelpful, and condescending.
