Always receive prompt and professional service to all of my issues. I think some customers become frustrated that they are sent to different departments in different parts of the building. TUSD is a big district with many employees. It's reasonable that different offices handle different kinds of problems.
I am all for teachers receiving proper pay, but to strike and walk out because you think you deserve more than what you originally agreed to, and hold up the school year, with our children's education in the balance, is not okay. The average median salary for public school teachers in Tucson is $51,004.00... The average median income for all of Tucson is $46,764.00... It would seem that you are making more than the average adult in Tucson, and should be happy, or move where salaries are higher, because as a ratio, you are ahead of the curve. plus, you get Summer off, and all of the school holidays... ???
TUSD has no policy in place to ensure the safety of children in school zones. They place blame on TPD for not enforcing laws, TPD states that it is a school issue. Parking and traffic laws are a joke.

No one ever answers the phone and they are very rude in person
