We purchased a car from them a few months ago. They were super patient with us (first time buyer - teenager who saved his own money to buy a car) and we ended up with the perfect one. It had a check engine light come on a few days later and they took care of it for us right away. Super easy buying experience and he still loves his car. I definitely can't recommend these guys enough.

ZERO STARS. A FEW YEARS AGO MY HUSBAND BOUGHT A CAR THERE THAT WAS ASSURED TO BE GREAT. PAID 7 GRAND AND WHEN WE WENT TO INSURE IT, WE FOUND OUT IT HAD A SALVAGE TITLE AND WAS WORTH LESS THAN $500. THIS WAS INFORMATION WITHHELD. THE MAN THAT RUNS THIS DEALERSHIP IS A CON MAN.

Amazing experience. Went in on a Saturday & Kim was able to help me right out. Ended up letting me take the car I was looking at on a test drive. Absolutely definition of no pressure. Thanks Flagship for all of the help.

Purchased a truck from here, and I had a little bit of roll over, and Lisa was AWESOME on helping me out and getting me approved. 100% will recommend this dealer to anyone who asks. Thanks again!

Thom was upfront and reasonable with us through the entire purchase, but ended up selling us a car with one bald tire, one that went flat the day after purchase (which appears to be a common thread through some of the reviews on here, look at older posts), and a battery that barely held a charge. He did knock a few hundred dollars off the cost of the car due to a failing radio display, but we had to put the money we saved there into fixing the other issues. The serpentine belt will need to be replaced soon as well. He made sure to claim that their mechanic gave the car a full review. That I doubt.nnAs always, check the car over thoroughly (I accept full responsibility for not doing that) and line up a mechanic appointment for the day that you go to look at a car. Buyer beware.
