I came in and put a stop on automatic payment on my account after a month the payment still coming out when I called customer service the supervisor Alexis she doubt it to give me her name and after me insisting on what her name was she said her name was Alexis she told me that there’s nothing they can do to stop that and when I ask to speak to someone else I was told that There’s no one else That can help me or who I speak to about this I told been a credit union you. Must have a boss and she said nop there’s no one else that can help you I also bank with US bank and Cyprus and the only reason I’m with golden west is because they’re inside the hospital I work and have direct deposit with them but their customer service is the worst will nor recommend them at all
