They require masks here, even when the mask mandate was lifted a month ago. I'm so livid! Unfortunately because they deal with my money and debt I can not close my accounts, but when I can I will. I haven't lived here all my life just to let it turn into California. I do not support unconstitutional businesses.
I visited this location for the first time today, and was thrilled by the customer care and friendliness I received! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by friendly, organized people who led me directly to Tyler's pod. Tyler is incredibly professional, friendly, and was quick in assisting me. I was so impressed by everyone who works here. I would definitely recommend this particular branch to friends and family!
Be open when you say you are going to be open. Make apointments when you say you are going to make appointments. No, I do not want to drive to Meridian because your Nampa staffing is insufficient to meet the needs of your customers. We should just go back to ICCU.
The customer service and speed at this location was impressive!!! The employees were going above and beyond to assist all customers fast and efficiently! With the lobby being closed, the drive through line was long which resulted in a longer wait time. So the employees came out to help the drive through line which was impressive! thought outside of the box to get the job done and done well! This is something you don’t see everyday, so excellent job!!
Jessica was the sweetest person! She was very helpful through my entire process! I recommend seeing her she’s great!
