First of all, clever name. I'll give you that. But it seems like all locksmiths give a way too aggressive ETA and are always late. In this case, 30 minutes late. Just be truthful.
Jim was very quick to give me a call back and started heading out to my location. He was very professional and quick about the entire experience. Highly recommended for anyone needing an experienced locksmith!
