We had a great time camping here with our large group. Our two sites were very small, so not great for large tents. One of the spots had no flat spot besides the parking spot so we put most of the tents on one site, gathered at the other. A lot of shrubbery instead of trees so bring your own shade. We were able to make it work with our many tents thanks to the staff caring for the place who let us pitch our tent in the driveway of an unusable space. Three stars because if you're picky you won't like it, if you like to make the best of a situation you'll love it like we did. I suggest if you have blow up air mattresses just pitch your tent on the parking spot, that's how we could fit our big tents.

The spaces are to small for the newer travel trailers, be good for rent camping. No water.

Great site, close to town and close to the reservoir. Right up the road there are dirt trails you can take almost any vehicle on for a drive into the mountains.

Not for big rigs. I made it with my 34ft 5th wheel but it was tight. Rigs less than 30’ would be best. Stayed in site 9, would stay in site 8 next time.

Always been a favorite but it is hardly maintained. No drinking water and bathrooms are worse than pooping in the woods. We had a lake in our campsite and we had to cut branches our selves to make it useable. Will still continue to go here because of Montpellier reservoir but wish it was maintained even a little bit
