I was having a bum day on Friday and went through the Riverton drive through and this happy and enthusiastic voice rang out which brought my attention to the glass window to see a beaming smile from a teller named "Hadley". The transaction was also professional and quick. One should think about using her to train customer service representatives with her instantaneous manner in diffusing any situation before anything develops. There is a fine line between giddiness and professionalism. Hadley has that exact mixture of sincere friendliness combined with quick and thorough service.
Ashly was awesome! She was quick to respond to my questions, she helped me get everything taken care of and made the whole process easy!
They went above and beyond to accommodate my financial needs. Love GWCU!
Very slow in making deposits. Be prepared to be there for 20 minutes.
Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. No one else in the drive thru but me. Waiting on the three employees in the building to cash a 25$ check. Not really impressed.
