I called Jeff Gould on the weekend ,following my mother being in a car accident. I was at a complete loss about what to do or how to get any information. To my surprise, he called me back on a Saturday! He assured me that he would gather the information needed and all I had to do was take care of my mom who was injured. He actually went to the site of the accident and took photos within the first couple of days.
