Place is great and simple, Training for an upcoming event and this is the perfect spot. Training staff is knowledgeable and dedicated.

Never in my ADULT life have I enjoyed working out, until now. I’ve met Eric Contreras and his team at United Transformation Society. I walked in on my second day thinking oh my gosh how can I get out of this and was greeted by the most enthusiastic GOOD MORNING that I couldn’t help but smile. The work outs go so fast, they change every day, it keeps it interesting and fun. I get lots of 1:1 corrections on form and am encourage to go my pace, while still pushing it. I FEEL better after going. There’s lots of people of color. It feels like community. I joined for a 21 day jump start not ever planning on going past that, it was moral support because I’m going with my mom. And I’m now committing my time and $ because I’m invested in this journey of transformation and really it’s only because of Eric and the gym he’s built. If you’re in Tucson and looking for something I hope you check it out and join. If you’re somewhere else I hope you find a spot like this.

Just finished my 15lb 5 week challenge, I ended up with great results thanks to the help of Eric. I have seen my body transform and have so much more energy now. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to transform their lifestyle for a healthier way of living to join this group. Eric is such an amazing trainer, he is always upbeat and so positive. The atmosphere at UTS is phenomenal with so much support from Eric and fellow members. He is there to always give you positive feedback. It is such a welcoming environment.
