They will steal from you once they get your credit card, as it happened to me. Not even sure how my credit card company let them get away with it. 3 years after I visited this location they charged a card with an expired date. Don’t get me wrong I love OTF and have been a member for 5 years in NJ where I live. This never happened at any other studio I’ve visited on my travels. Just stay clear of these people!!! Or watch your credit card.
I love the friendly staff and I felt comfortable from my first visit! It’s a good workout and a clean facility!
They are unable or unwilling to resolve billing issues.nnHere is an update: I received fresh promises they would resolve the issues. But, one week later, still no action.
This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and motivating and I'm talking about both the coaches and the desk staff. Love going to OTF!
I absolutely love this gym and the coaches! I have no idea why I ever went anywhere else!
