Glad I found this Gym. Atmosphere is great , equipment was amazing. I was able to meet Jesi and she is a great person, I recommend anyone in the area to stop and try this gym out. Even got the wife up to hit some deadlifts with me one of the days ud83dudcaaud83cudffdud83dude0e

I love the workouts at this gym! There's workouts everyday that push me and I feel stronger than ever after having worked out there for over 5 months. I also have never felt bored, because there hasn't ever been a time where I felt like I'm doing the same workout over and over again, unlike when I worked out in my basement following a workout on video.

The Shed is a great, no-frills gym that has all the equipment you need. $5/visit for those visiting and $15/weekend. The Shed is located a block north of LaBeaus in Garden city. Just show up and there is Venmo information on the wall. Open 24/7/365
