Friendly staff...
Stop there a lot when we have RV needs. This time we came in to purchase a propane space heater for our 5th wheel. Buck was our salesman. He's a character with a lot of good information. We thoroughly enjoyed the buying process. We had a quick, clean installation from Jay. He left everything neat and clean and looking good. It works great and is toasty on those chilly desert nights.
Excellent service, both at the counter and at service. Unable to make an appointment as we were leaving and they were booked solid, but the service manager very helpful in explaining how to resolve the problem myself.nHad been told by others that Quartzsite was notorious for high prices, but I found RV Lifestyles to be very reasonable on everything I purchased this season. Appreciate you folks!
WOW!nAfter spending a lifetime in customer service,nyou tend to know what to look for. (I found it here)nI brought my furnace in to be tested.nThe service writer told me that his techs were currently busy,nbut since he also is an ASE certified tech, he had some timento test it for me while I wait.nThat's what I call dedication to the customer.nHe was extremely knowledgeable and personable.nThe price was very fair and I left RV Lifestyles a satisfied customer.nIn my opinion, this is truly a 5 star business.* * * * *
Love this place, parts crew are top notch! We campground host in other states, but winterover here, always look forward to going to RV Lifestyles.
