They were punctual and friendly. Followed all COVID protocols. Knowledgeable technician walked me through everything he was doing. They are a bit pricey but there is a year warranty on their parts and labor. Would use them again

Alec very professional and nice. He explained things well, so I could understand. He went the mile twice by leaving to buy parts and returned quickly and refurbished my equipment.
Had a horrible experience with this company. We had scheduled for them to come out and they no show. Call them and they say they made a mistake with scheduling and that they would put us on the schedule for the following week. Following week they give us an estimate of when they would come out between 9-5. Really? Like can't even give a 4 hour window like other companies? On top of that, when they get here we explain that we want a light switch put in and 2 lights changed out. Pretty easy and basic job they estimate almost $3000. Talk about price gouging! Very unrealistic price per everything we have looked at online and talking to friends and family. Totally trying to scam. Very disappointing considering we just moved here.
