It took me over 6 months to get my refund. For starter the accountant never asked me questions when we were filling so I'm sure he did not maximize my refund, secondly there were missing information that I sent as soon as they asked, I kept calling to confirm they got which I never got a call back until finally I was able to talk to someone else months later (CIDA). Very efficient and she helped me solve my problem.nThank you Cida for taking over and been professional.nnAnyways. My first time doing business and I suggest you STAY AWAY.

If i cpuld give -100. Stars i would they file false tax returns with out your knowladge and permision. If some one pays them in cash. They need to be and will be shut down and. Prosacuted
