I opened my own small business , JBL drain specialist out of Framingham and was really concerned when it came time for taxes. I wasn't at all organized with the stuff that I needed, even though I went into the appointment thinking I was. John was extremely polite, pleasant to work with, and overall a great guy .The office staff was also very nice and good vibes all around . John went above and beyond for my wife and I, as well as other people that I know who use him. He knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure you understand it as well .I couldn't recommend John & his staff more then I do. Outstanding services. Thank you John for all that you do! During tax time as well as all year round with my random questions for you!

I tried getting my taxes done here I've called multiple times and they never answered or returned my call.
