I switched from our local shop to Toyota the morning of the apt after local shop said it would be at least a four hour wait...for an OIL CHANGE! AND I had an appointment! I easily booked a spot online and drove straight there. The process was smooth and quick and the waiting area is gorgeous! I will definitely service my Toyota there from here on out! Thanks

Quickly got me in so I can make it to work on timenThe Shuttles helped me move around while I was carless for those several hoursnKayla took care of me and it was a pleasant experience. I got a voucher for a free snack and relaxed in the waiting rooms nice chairs for the shuttle. Car had an issue they fixed the issue and did not tack on any extra charges that I did not want done yet. Overall I usually dislike dealing with taking care of the care due to the money, but it didn’t feel so bad this time.nnUpdate: Service for car March 18 - 22. 2021nChris was the main person I worked with during thisnnThought it would be a day of work and be donenFound out the issue was more serious and they missed it the first diagnostic they comped both the diagnostic fees since they missed it the first time. I just had to pay parts and labornSomething happened during repair and either more needed done in the first place or they damaged a part I am unsure.nThey completely covered the other part only leaving me with the initial quote.nHelped cover some of the rental due to the delays from this incident.nOverall it was a hassle, but they were professional through it all and did their best to fix any issues and get my car back to me in good order.nDriving the car for 30 min it runs great and has no issues.nOf course it sucks that the time for repair increased, but they fixed my car and what I assume, fixed some of their own mistakesnnI still plan to use their service and maintain my vehicle with them even after all of this because of how well the handled everything under pressure.nnEverything isn’t always going to go to plan, but they kept their heads up and worked through it, helping me out and covering what they felt was necessary for the problems and I trust that kind of integrity.

Reached out to Precision after the other Toyota dealership in town was non-responsive. Precision scheduled my appointment, via the web, in less than 24 hours. Vehicle was promptly serviced and the service staff was highly professional and attentive. Top marks. Far different than my treatment by the other dealership. Highly recommend.

The employee Ernesto who was assigned to my claim provided me with legendary customer service. He went out of his way to contact me between 2 to 3 times per day to update me on the status of my vehicle.nI'm very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.nit's hard to find customer service this good these days and I appreciate them and will be back if I buy another toyota.

We just had a wheel alignment done and also had the head light covers polished. The covers need a little additional work but they are very good about making sure we are happy. So I’m running back down to have them touch it up. We almost always take our Prius to Precision and we are very happy with their service. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I have to make an additional trip to finish up work.nnMartin Thomas
