Loved my service advisor Scott McNeil very informative and personable. Went over what needed to be done and the cost. Pricing is a little high but offer 12 months or 12,000 miles warranty on parts and labor.

Josh Harris made the purchase process super easy. He listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to structure the purchase and loan, then he found us the best option. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle model we wanted and offered, without pressure but with personal experience, a variety of additional add-ons, some of which we purchased. He took the time to go over all the features with us at the time of the test drive and then again with me when I picked up the car.

Our salesperson was Devin. He was very knowledgeable and did the best he could to get us the car we wanted at the payment we could afford. He also was able to give us 3 free oil changes and a tree... yes I said a tree.. Although, we were so excited about the car (and hungry) we ran off with out picking out the tree. ud83dude22

All staff I interacted with were both friendly and professional. My visit was for an issue I have with the front right suspension area. Sadly my first visit didn't rectify the issue. This visit was my second attempt to have the problem resolved. Disappointed to say the least, the issue continues, not resolved. I was assured the issue was resolved by finding plastic component found inside the area in question. Also the ?sound was from the transmission?. I didn't say anything, just question the logic. I will need to make another appointment (3rd attempt) for your service department to find and replace/repair what is needed.
