Bought a nice 2012 Ram truck from these guys. Val and his crew were quite happy to let me and my wife take a test drive alone, no pressure from a pushy salesman breathing down your kneck! They gave me a fair trade-in price for my vehicle without haggling over the odd dollar.nI had to buy a couple of key fobs for the truck and get them programmed - Ebay for the key fobs and ACE Hardware programmed them -cost me $80, also didn’t have the drivers handbook... I got one free online...noverall I got a nice truck and have added chrome sidesteps and a bed cover - I’m happy with my truck and would recommend these guys...nGood cars at fair prices....

Bought car from dealer before, when I drive a car I test drive the car because I don't want a bad car. Today I walked into to buy a car, had test drove two cars before didn't like them, this time I walk in to get keys for a car I wanted to buy, and the sale man says don't take so long driving the car, my boss said you took to long to test drive a car. I said what, we just drove the cars like we always do, he keeps repeating this and raises his voice like I can't hear, by this time I feel uncomfortable. Ive been shopping for the right car for the right price, but because I was told 5 times in 5 mins not drive to long I left. If you have a policy on test drive time post it. Plus they had a poor lady locked in the bathroom for 30 min while 6 guys tried to open the poor..

So far we liked the salesmen and car and the price. Its been 3 days and the transmission is slipping and the car now shakes when you switch parking gear to drive or reverse. The have a 15 day 500 mile warranty, I called them and they told me to bring it in. Ill keep you updated to let you know if they fixed the transmission under the state warranty or what they say. Good thing the finance co told me they will cancel the loan if the dealer won't fix it.. update coming, I really hope I end up as happy as the rest of these guys

Val is a stand up guy. Very honest and great customer service. He was patient even when it was almost closing time. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a used vehicle. I love my Scion TC and the professional service that was given.
