I was able to get my dream car with the help of my salesperson Marty Garcia. I spent so much time looking for a car I wanted on my own with absolutely no luck. Since my family has bought from Marty previously (a super awesome GT350 Shelby). I stopped by and he more than happy to help me and after explaining what I was looking for, he was able to find the perfect car with an AMAZING deal for me in less than 10 minutes. He was extremely helpful as I am a first time car buyer and explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel mislead at all and felt very much in control. My car had to be shipped over and he was great at keeping me updated on the status of my car. As soon as my car arrived I got a call from him and headed over as soon as I could. When I arrived my car was front and center, cleaned and ready to go! He made the entire process so easy with little confusion and I couldn’t ask for a better salesman. You should be extremely proud of this guy, he does such a wonderful job. I know who I will be going to come time for the next car!!

Went to the dealership late Friday night and worked with Daniel Willis there. He met our every need with patience and poise. We kept him late along with Ammar to do all the paperwork. It was a smooth process. Even post sale, Daniel has been very accommodating with questions we thought of after. A+

I recently purchased my 4th Volvo from Volvo Cars Tucson.nMy salesperson was James Golden, who even though he was noticeably busy, took the time to explain more to me about my new car than any sales rep I have ever had. It was like he loved this car more than I ever could! He actually seemed so happy for me. James found me exactly the car I had been searching for and didn't waste my time looking at all the other cars available. He took the time to do a test drive with me and he introduced me to all the new features (self-driving and parking, etc.) of this car. I highly recommend James Golden if you are in the market for a new or used Volvo. Ask for him!

Service was great. Prices for oil change have gone up. Paid $21 more than the previous time. (But prices have increased on just about everything...except salaries.) Will definitely continue to have my car serviced here.

I appreciate the ease of dropping off the car and the customer service. Very reasonable service costs and great workmanship. Great place to do business.
