Customer service was great. They really work with you and fast as well as having great newer selection of cars and trying to hold cars for as long as they can for you if you really work with them. I very much recommend Dependable Auto Sales for newer buyers or anybody in that case.

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — State prosecutors say a Tucson used car dealership is repaying $90,000 for selling vehicles under false pretenses.nnThennOffice of the Arizona Attorney Generalnannounced Thursday that Dependable Auto, Inc. has handed over restitution for multiple instances of deceptive sales practices as part of a consent judgment.nIn addition, the dealership will be prohibited from such practices in the future.nnAttorney General Mark Brnovich said the dealership’s offenses include charging consumers for third-party service contracts that were never purchased.nnThe dealership’s operators also overcharged for government fees and failed to make repairs that followed the warranty required under state law.nnThe judgment awaits official court approval.

Bought a truck that needed a master cylinder from Dependable Auto. They went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy this customer. Would recommend them to all my friends.

Okay so I bought my dream Jeep from dependable with no warranty (as is) 10 days later I had noticed some front end issues and a battery/alternator issue. I called and asked them if they would help. They were amazingly accommodating and willing to help me even though they didn’t have too. They offered to do the alternator for me and also offered to pay for half of the front suspension problems to be fixed! Very great honest company to buy from here in Tucson. I know we all get nervous with the small dealers but this one you can trust!

Saw the reviews, got really excited and had good feelings about dependable auto. Until I got there, the entrance was blocked took five min to actually get someone to open a way. As I was about to park in the only two spaces available a man in a white Silverado takes both spaces almost hitting me. Not so sure about the fake good reviews about the employees
