I was passing through town in my motor home, when I had a problem with the door on the living quarters. I first called another locksmith in town, who presumed that he could diagnose the problem over the phone. When I described the problem, this man said I would have to install a new lock, and first wait for him to order the new lock. I knew it did not require a new lock, so I called Nichols. The tech came quickly, and had my problem sorted in a few minutes. He also lubed my cranky ignition, and gave me some good advice about it. A very positive experience.
I called around 3:30 pm today for assistance getting my mom in her home after being locked out, within 15 mins she was in her home with an extra key in hand. Thank you for your prompt service!
The Affordable Locksmith people no showed/no callback and blocked my calls throughout the whole morning and afternoon. Called Nichols Lock&Safe. The lady on the phone was really nice and the guy arrived early, did it in 2 tries and in under a minute. He even helped me open my trunk to get the key and fixed my doors since they were a little bent. A lot better price than the other locksmith and definitely worth more than 5 stars.
The person who answers the phone could be more professional when addressing its clients. The first impression counts a lot, and you can get a sense on how will the service will go from there.
Their Customer Service is no good, I called for help and instead of giving me an appointment. They told me every one is out on a call, and to YouTube on how to remove my tumblr then drop it off. wouldn't recommend to anyone.
