Terrible customer service. If you enjoy being ignored in the drive up, then have your transaction hurriedly competed by someone who doesn’t seem to care to be at work then you’ve found the right place. The only words said to me after waiting for my transaction to be competed was have a good day. Forget asking how I was doing or any other question showing they care about their members. I’ll stick with Hughes FCU, where they actually value their members.
Worst experience I have ever encountered as far as customer service. I ordered a card I never received it, when I called back two weeks later they told me the card was never ordered, and I would have to wait another 7 to 10 business days. The biggest issue I have is she apologized but never offered any recovery like express shipping for my new card. Just sad.
