Very familiar with the brand and how the guide shops work. This one is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I even had an issue with a pair of pants that have some age to them and they helped me find another style with a fit that works. Staff is helpful and friendly. While I have been primarily shopping for my Bonobos clothes online I will be heading to this guideshop from here on out.

Went in a couple of nights ago in need of a last minute suit. The Bonobos website allows you to buy sized suits so I foolishly presumed the store might have some available that I could buy and then get tailored later, after the event.nnThis wasn’t the case, which is fine, but instead of being nice about it, the salesperson told me extremely condescendingly “good luck finding a suit THAT quickly.” She even repeated it as we were walking out, as if the first time hadn’t been rude enough.nnWe went over to Nordstrom, found a Ted Baker in my size, and they rushed the alterations so I had it the next morning. Customer service goes a long way.
