I can't even give this a 1 star rating! I went to get my taxes done at the location in salt lake. The lady called me back a few days later that my taxes got rejected for incorrect information?! I told the lady I provided you everything how is it going to get rejected? if you are not going to be able to do it correctly cancel my return I'll go somewhere else. She charged my card as fast as she could $95 dollars. She said she would talk to Joel Guerrero and refund me my money. Didn't receive a call back in 3 days so I called back EVERYDAY for a week and they didn't answer my calls anymore. I am filing a compliant with the better business bureau and my bank for Fraud!!! These ladies are not tax prepares they just enter numbers in the computer and done.

Horrible experience and the representatives treat English speaking people really bad. They didn’t submit my taxes for almost a month after I went and filed and every time I called they hung up on me or told me I had the wrong number until finally one person was nice enough to pull my file and see they never transmitted it. The owner was apologetic but only offered a discount for next year, as if I’d ever go back. It’s really concerning when you give a business ALL of your family’s personal information and they act shady. I’m not surprised to see that other people have had suspicious experiences. I will also be reporting to the BBB.
