I want to commend the gentleman who assisted me in getting set up over the phone. It was the early morning and he was enthusiastic, eager to help, knowledgeable and efficient. I wish I remembered his name, but again, it was the early morning. 10/10 to him!nnTaylor at the Sparks location was equally knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic about her job. It makes a painstaking process much less painless!

The staff has always been friendly. The property is always clean and secure. My only issue is with pricing. $238 per month for a storage unit borders on insanity!

I highly recommend a different storage facility. They lack in customer service, which means if you are late on your payment they will tack on a lot of extra fees. The employees are rude and do not know how to take payment properly over the phone so you may be overcharged by mistake. They're also overpriced, so buyer beware.
