Service was great and good food

I come in to the bank almost every week and I feel so welcomed. Right when I walk in I feel welcomed and get great costumes service. I’m originally from a small town and moving to Fernly and coming to Nevada state bank makes me feel at home ud83eudd19

Honestly I have grown very frustrated and tired of all the issues with this bank. I feel as though it has been one thing after another. They will charge you extra overdraft fees even after a few days of your account being in the positive so watch out for that. Had a huge issue after depositing my whole entire paycheck in the ATM and well, it malfunctioned and I was without my money for two weeks because they could not do anything to help me get my money that I lost because of their ATM issue. Instead I had to wait two weeks to finally get money but by that time I was already in deep issues with bills and such. I have been wanting to switch banks for years, but my husband will not agree to go through the process it takes to do so. Word of advice, bank somewhere else.
