Taos Drum Co

Came here twice during business hours, everything is all locked up but hours say open elsewhere. Tried calling but didn’t get a live person. It’s a shame, one of the main reasons I came to Taos was for this place. Hopefully they’re doing okay and will be open again soon.

I drove 6 hours to get here. I arrived during business hours posted on website, google and their front window. Not open. I called over the two days I was in the area. No answer and no response to my numerous messages. I will assume that are out of business. Maybe change your status on all of the above mentioned.

Incredible !!! I'm so glad I stopped in.nIf you're in Taos you have to check it out.nThe coolest and most beautiful drums I've ever seen.nTbe buffalo hide thunder drums are my favorite.

Even if you don't drum, check it out. Amazing art and creations from indigenous cultures.

Fantastic experience, great showroom and wonderful help. So many great, quality pieces and well priced for the quality. The materials and history of each piece was known too. Of course, the highlight was the drums. I never saw such fantastic and large! Drums! In my life! I highly recommend visiting- don't let the outside fool you. The also have beautiful woodwork- like lamps and tables, jewelry, pottery, weavings, and more. Highly, highly recommend. Note- please ask before taking pics, especially of the staff who prefer not to have their photos taken.
