This is a special place! With an emphasis on community, the owners are very open to hosting events and classes, as well as weekend workshops. The studio is a big beautiful space, with all the necessities. With a variety of teachers and classes on the schedule, there’s something here for everyone! From Gong Baths to Chi Gong come find your flow!
The High Frequency Loft is a truly amazing community - offering a wide range of classes and conscious events all led by experienced and compassionate teachers. There's an incredible energy and the space itself is bright and open and brings an element of play that is missing from so many studios. Colton and Alana's experience and love for what they do shines through in every facet of the studio - a must whether you are from Taos or just passing through!
The High Frequency Loft is amazing! They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming. The classes and instructors are a cut above and I will be going every chance I get. Thank you Alana and Colton!

I love this place! They bring in such a wide variety of workshops and long-time teachers of their regularly taught classes. Its owners, Alana & Colton are powerful and compassionate instructors who magnetize and anchor in great vibrancy and groundedness to the space itself. Acro is my favorite!
