Over the last couple of years the store manager has taken this from an ok place to stop for gas to an all around clean fast and friendly store. Yea few times it's busy and can take a bit longer to get in and out but that's what happens when you can't get enough good people willing to put in the work. Employees I've encountered are awesome.
I stopped by a few minutes ago. We are visiting ruidoso for our first time and my two little girls needed to use the restroom AND THEY WERE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT USE THEIR RESTROOM. seems pretty unfriendly to me. Don't have time to ask why they weren't allowed because needed to get my girls to a restroom fast. I hope my girls weren't being discriminated.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the bathroom and front are always cleannThe parking for gas is a tight fit but a good place to fill up or get a drink.
Good store. Only complaint is counter is cluttered. Clean off the check out counter.
