Family Dollar

Simple visit found everything I was looking except 1 item they were out and the sales person was helpful and prompt to let me know they were out of the item.

Great experience and service

I love Family Dollar, especially the clearances. I've shopped at both of our local stores. While one is a bit more organized than the other, both now have excellent customer service. The one on Mechem even stayed open 5-10 minutes late to give me time to finish shopping.

While Family Dollar Stores are an excellent place to shop for most anything, this store is really dirty!! The floors look like they haven't seen a mop in years! At the checkout, where the gumball machines are located, the floor is extremely filthy! And this is where children like to get gum, candy or trinkets. Sure hate the thought of a small child picking up their dropped candy then putting it in their mouth! Have some pride in your work place! Are there no store managers nor Regional managers to see this??
