Learned not to tip before delivery. Didn't get sauces and called in to catch the driver. Waited but had to go back to work so canceled them sending out. Manager Josh was apologetic so I did appreciate that but I know now NOT to tip delivery person first.
Most excellent pizza I ever have eaten I only recommend Papa John’s in the staff absolutely delicious absolutely there should be no other pizza acquired by anyone all the staff is very kind and this is greatly appreciated I’ve eaten at Papa John’s for over 20 years I will not eat from any other pizzeria thank you

i did not get the extra sauce i paid for to have with my jalapeños rolls and got Chicago cut pizza when I ordered square cut for our party. I tipped in advance and when I called the 1st time to ask if the driver was going to be able to come right back and was told that he would be right back but did not return until my food was done and then, the 2nd time i called, i said if they couldn't return soon to just forget it cause I was trying to get ready for bed at the motel. the guy was really rude and the driver came back more than 10 minutes later when I really didn't want it anymore since the food was finished.
Very good service when we pulled up there was an employee outside ready to get our name for the order we had made via website, pizza came out great! No complaints.
