We just visited today for the first time to Birrieria Chaparral. No doubt this is the best birria, I have been to 3 different places and by far this is the best birria. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and the portions are great. You definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended and drive is absolutely worth it!!!

Everything about the birria from here is amazing, the meat is super tender and flavorful and the consomme is so good I was actually drinking it. I will definitely be back
