My son has just started and has already started to change he enjoys everyday he can go. Hes no longer aggressive with me they teach him discipline and respect. A very big huge support in our lives along with 2 of the best counselors. I couldn't do this without them!
These guys and gals don't mess around. Great atmosphere and tremendous knowledge and workouts
My kids are obsessed with training here. My son is extremely motivated to rank up. I didn’t think my girls would like it but they actually prefer it over their dance and other sports!!!!!
Would be better with smaller classes. Childrens class was to packed not enough room and equipment felt more like a daycare with kids running wild. Especially with covid around and thriving small classes would be more appropriate. Make sure all paperwork is filled out and they dont do refunds. Atmosphere and vibes okay.
Quality training! Best workout of my life.
