They denied cashing my check cause i did not have an account. However it was not a problem 2 weeks ago when they cashed my check.
Ruining lives one messed up Branch Capture at a time. Loses check then posts them WEEKS late. Then they charge fees when the checks they lost bounce.
Constant changing policies, and poor service over the last year. Hillcrest is quickly becoming the worst banking experience in Taos
