All causes and liabilities are placed upon the McElroy court. All debts fall upon the individuals of that court including incarceration and detention costs related to Cruz and themselves. McElroy and fans were overwhelmingly incriminated as guilty. All statements from Lukis Cruz being truthful and without deviancies. Even worst case excuses are determined not to qualify the crimes and abuses done to Lukis Cruz. The people are so used to it that they treat it as a holiday in New Mexico, even in Santa Fe.. please maintain this for Bank Records as I am without immediate funds to file. All related costs and damages are the main culprits above mentioned and according to jury all devaluations and damages from my perspective as it can be seen as reasonable even into the future must be for by the State Government especially McElroy Court and the individuals in that court. Others are also liable but it is important for the Bank to understand who it is tied to.
