Hibachi One

I went last night for my first time, and I WILL BE BACK! My friend, and I went to get sushi and study. We sat in our server, Monique's section for hours. Even though, we only ordered one roll, and only had waters she was attentive, kind, and never made us feel rushed. She asked if I liked raw fish, and when I said yes, she recommended the BMW roll. This roll is the best sushi roll I have ever have! Beautiful presentation, super flavorful, and the perfect amount of heat. Our waters were never empty, and our bill was paid out quickly when we were ready. Monique was present, but not over bearing. We will be back, and we'll be asking for you Monique. Thank you again!

WOW! If your going to a restaurant that offers Hibachi you'd be a fool not to order at least one Hibachi entree, if only for the spectacular show the chefs put on while cooking the dish right before your eyes!nWe decided to come try out Hibachi One on a whim because the venue we were going to grab a bite at has unreliable hours.nSo we arrived a bit late in the evening but had no issues being seated, there was a short wait, but that was for the best as it allowed us to know what we wanted to order before we got to the table.nSome of the items we wanted to order were out of stock like the green tea ice cream, but our evening still turned out great.nWe came on a Thursday so we were able to get discounted specialty sushi which was a nice plus.nAnd of course we had Hibachi too, we split a Hibachi dinner with steak and salmon which came with fried rice, noodles, vegetables, soup, and salad.nWatching the chef cook everything in front of us (except the salad, soup and sushi) was an amazing sight, balancing a spinning egg on a spatula, making a volcano out of an onion, and more!nThe food was amazing and worth every dollar, and there was so much we even had leftovers!nnTLDR: Amazing dinner and cooking performance if you've got the money... $$$ (and bring some cash for your chef).

Wait time was a little long but completely worth it!! The food was so delicious and the service was exceptional. Our chef's name was Sam (he referred to himself as young Sam). He was so kind, funny and friendly. He kept us entertained the entire time he was there. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. We will be coming back and requesting Sam to be our Chef!!

The food was great! We ordered a spicy tuna roll and tempura shrimp roll--both were delicious. We then split a teriyaki chicken dinner and had leftovers to take home. Servings are large. Our server, Monique was great! She was very attentive and offered superb service. We continue to patronize this establishment due to their unfaltering ability to provide a great dining experience every time!!!

I called in an order tonight....had to call over 6 times before I finally got through to someone, as I kept getting a busy signal. Then when someone did answer, I was told to hold and waited more than 5 minutes before I finally hung up. Took me another 15 times to get through to someone to place my order. I picked up my order when it was ready 15 minutes later at the bar and had to wait another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me to get my food. It took the girl 5 minutes to grab my order and cash me out. The service here is horrible. It’s like they don’t care about their customers at all. To make matters worse, they forgot my fried rice with my hibachi steak order and it was lukewarm by the time I ate it. I’ll drive across town to go to a better hibachi place next time that cares about their customer service.
