They came right out and were not over priced. The plumber that helped me was extremely polite and professional.
Called to get a quote about my rental property, months ago, called back and was told they sent a quote, I explained I never received it and they couldn't produce it, or even knew the house I was referring. After I said I didn't receive a quote, Dusty told me not to get defensive because I said I didn't get it. He then proceeded to tell that they did a lot of work for free but couldn't produce any of the work that they had done. I would never recommend this company.
Just want to say thanks to General Hydronics for going way beyond what could be expected.
My company was awarded a project at Holloman AFB that involved plumbing work. The original contractor I had bid the job with fell through, so I did a Google search for local plumbing contractors and found General Hydronics in Alamogordo. The really cool thing is that they are in the same complex as Zuni Electric (electrical and data comm) and Southwest Air Systems (HVAC). These guys are easy to work with, reasonably priced and close to the base. They have gone above and beyond to help me get this project completed.
