I chose Andrew because he is a former police officer and he knows the law and how the courts work. He never lied to me or sugar coated anything. He explained to me step by step what to expect and what he was going to do for me. After our initial visit, I left feeling like a weight had been lifted and I was confident in knowing I had made the right choice. I was nervous and scared every time we had to go to court, but having Andrew there by my side, on my side, fighting for me made me feel at ease. Because of Andrew, I was able to sleep comfortable at night. We won our case! I will most DEFINITELY call Andrew again if I should ever need him again.

Andrew Ortiz was helpful over the phone (enough to get us choose him over other lawyers for an initial appointment). However, Mr. Oritiz stood up my wife and me twice for that initial appointment. The second time he had double booked his time. After waiting for over half an hour the second time without an explanation or apology, my wife knocked on the door to politely ask how long he would be. He was very irritated at being interrupted and later said he didn't want to see us at all. Don't go to this guy. He thinks he is the only one whose time is valuable and has no respect for potential clients.
