Denny's

I'm here now and was refused service because I have a service dog that needs to be close to me within inches. I was told she had to be separated from me before they would serve me.. then she asked me what my dog did as a service. By law she didn't ask me that. So that's how that works. So being said we were treated rudely from the beginning. I took my insulin a little earlier and told her that and I'm still refused service

I almost never eat at Denny's. The restaurant followed mask protocol. Thanks.nCheyenne, my waitress was sweet and attentive. I ate at a Denny's in Casper last summer and had Mediterranean Chicken. Wow! So tasty.nThis local: the dish was MIA.nI ordered the salmon. Meh. The salmon at Wranglers is so much better.

When we arrived there were people waiting but plenty of open tables. I couldn't understand why they weren't seating people? I knew it wasn't because they would go over their allotted Covid percentage. They had those table blocked off in the back. When we finally got seated, there were 14 people in the restaurant. Some eating and some waiting for their orders. It took our waitress 5 minutes to take a drink order. There were only 14 people in the whole restaurant. It took 20 minutes to cook the food. There were only 14 people in the restaurant in different stages of eating & waiting for their food. After bringing us our food, we never saw the waitress (Heather R.) again, for the rest of the meal! She did have plenty of time to go out for a cigarette though!! Our glasses needed refilling, but her cigarette was way more important. I like Dennys but this one will not be on my list for a return visit. I can only attribute the piss poor efficiency of the cook and lack of attention from the waitress on bad training. That's a management issue that needs to be addressed.

I had 2 toddlers with me that were very hungry. A long line when we showed up so I put in an order to go. They took my name and phone number. We had 3 orders of bacon & eggs and it was $40! There was no where for my children to sit so we went to the car. No one called me. No one brought the food out. An hour later I called to hear the status & it had been ready, no one called. How was I to know when my food was ready? When I picked it up, they rushed us out the door and our food was cold. We were missing items and no cream for my cold coffee. If I could give this 0 stars, I would!

Food is Okay and customer service is decent they could use a little more help but for the pandemic it's good
