RV broken down in White Sands National Park. John came out immediately and ordered parts needed to fix the RV. John waited with us until a tow truck arrived and fixed our RV in the RV park when the parts arrived. John was very nice and knowledgeable and got us up and running quickly.

I came to get a LifeSafer calibration. I didn't have an appointment and was welcomed to come in anyway! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great overall experience.

These folks are AMAZING! They truly care about their customers. I have to drive 2 hours every month from Roswell to Alamogordo to get my super special breathalyzer checked from Roswell. They now have my undying loyalty because of their kindness, understanding and diligence. I going to have every vehicle need taken care of by these wonderful people. Thank you Jessica, Shauna (spelling I'm Irish could be spelled so many ways❤) , Mr. John and the crew. My service dog and I felt like family. Make sure you bring Sassy a cookie. Truly a small business that is just wonderful. Thank y'all.
